RESIDENTIAL PAVING

IN MONCTON.

Smooth, properly drained driveways for homes across Greater Moncton — from the older streets of Moncton West to newer builds in Dieppe and Riverview. Family-run since 1989, and still answering our own phone.

A LOCAL APPROACH

TO YOUR DRIVEWAY.

We have been paving driveways around the Petitcodiac valley since 1989, so we know what holds up here and what does not. The ground near the river behaves differently than the higher, drier lots out toward Berry Mills, and a driveway that ignores that difference is a driveway that fails early.

Before we quote, we look at how water actually moves across your property — where it pools after a Moncton rain, where the frost lifts in March, and how your driveway ties into the street. Good grading and a solid gravel base matter more than the asphalt sitting on top, and most callbacks we get on other people’s work trace right back to those two things.

Homeowners in Moncton keep calling us back because we are straight about what your lot needs, we show up when we say we will, and you are talking to the same family that has run this crew for over thirty years. This is one of the residential services on our residential paving page; for everything else we handle locally, see the Moncton hub.

BUILT FOR NEW

BRUNSWICK WINTERS.

The freeze-thaw cycle is the real enemy of a Moncton driveway. Water seeps into any crack or weak edge, freezes overnight, expands, and pries the asphalt apart — then thaws and does it again. Over a single winter that cycle can repeat dozens of times, and a driveway built without that in mind starts crumbling at the edges within a couple of seasons.

We build to outlast it. That means a deep, well-compacted gravel base so meltwater drains away instead of sitting underneath, grading that pushes runoff off the surface, and clean, sealed edges that give frost nothing to grab. The result is a driveway that takes the plow, the road salt off the Trans-Canada, and another wet March without breaking up.

MONCTON PAVING QUESTIONS

When is the best time to pave a driveway in Moncton?

Late spring through early fall is ideal. We want the ground fully thawed and stable and the air warm enough for the asphalt to compact properly, so most Moncton driveways go down between May and October. We book up through the warm months, so it is worth calling early in the season to hold a date.

Do you pave driveways in Dieppe and Riverview too?

Yes. We cover all of Greater Moncton — Dieppe, Riverview, Moncton West, out toward Salisbury and Shediac, and the areas in between. Lots closer to the Petitcodiac often need extra attention to drainage, and we plan the base and grading around that from the start.
