LINE STRIPING & PAVEMENT MARKING

Parking Lot Line Striping

Done Crisp and Code-Ready

Sharp stalls, clear fire lanes, and accessible spaces that actually meet the rules. We lay out and paint lots across Fredericton and Moncton so traffic flows and inspectors sign off.

Markings People

Read Without Thinking

A fresh seal coat looks great for about a week, then the faded old lines underneath start to show through. Good striping is what turns a blank slab of asphalt into a lot that drivers, delivery trucks, and pedestrians all understand at a glance.

We have been laying out lots around the Saint John River valley and the Petitcodiac since 1989, so we know how a Fredericton office plaza differs from a busy Moncton retail pad. We measure the space, plan the flow, and paint stalls, arrows, crosswalks, and no-parking zones that line up with how the lot is really used.

Whether you need a faded lot brought back to life or a brand-new layout after paving, the goal is the same: clean lines that hold up and keep your property moving safely.

What We Stripe

Stalls, Arrows & Traffic Flow

Standard, compact, and angled stalls measured to fit the most cars without cramping turns. We add directional arrows, stop bars, and crosswalks so one-way lanes and entrances read clearly, even when a Moncton lot is packed on a Saturday afternoon.

Fire Lanes & Accessible Spaces

Fire lanes, loading zones, and no-parking hatching painted to keep access clear for emergency crews. We lay out accessible stalls and access aisles to current width and signage requirements so your property stays compliant and easy for everyone to use.

Re-Striping & Curb Painting

Faded lines repainted over the old layout, or a full re-stripe after sealcoating. We also paint curbs, bollards, and number stalls for reserved or tenant parking. A quick refresh keeps a Fredericton lot looking maintained without repaving.

Paint That Survives

a New Brunswick Winter

Our winters are hard on pavement markings. Freeze-thaw cycles, road salt, sand, and a season of plow blades scraping the surface will wear down lines faster here than in milder climates. Paint that looked sharp in October can be ghosted by April.

That is why we use durable traffic-grade paint and apply it at the right film thickness on a clean, dry surface, then bead high-traffic markings for night visibility. On fresh asphalt we wait for the surface to cure before striping so the lines bond properly and last.

We plan striping for the dry stretches of spring through fall, when temperatures hold and paint sets the way it should. The result is markings on your Fredericton or Moncton lot that make it through the plow season and still look the part next year.

Line Striping Questions

How long after paving should we wait to stripe?

New asphalt needs time to cure before it takes paint well. We usually give a fresh lot a couple of weeks so the surface oils dissipate, then lay out the layout and stripe. We will time it with your paving schedule so the lot is ready to open.

How often does a parking lot need re-striping?

Most lots in our climate benefit from a re-stripe every one to two years, sooner for high-traffic retail pads where snow clearing and constant turning wear lines down quickly. If your stalls are getting hard to read, it is time.

Can you stripe in the winter?

Traffic paint needs dry pavement and temperatures above a certain threshold to cure, so a New Brunswick winter is not the season for it. We schedule striping from spring through fall and can get you on the calendar early to beat the busy stretch.
